Shipping Policy

Here’s everything you need to know about how and when your BeyoutifulSpot order arrives.

1. Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

2. Delivery times

Estimated delivery times after processing:

United States & Canada: [3–10] business days
Europe (France, Belgium, Italy, etc.): [5–10] business days
Rest of the world: [7–15] business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather, or peak periods.

3. Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. Enjoy free standard shipping on orders. Any optional shipping protection you add at checkout is shown separately.

4. Tracking your order

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.

5. Customs, duties & taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your local customs authority. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price.

6. Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately at contact@beyoutifulspot.store.

7. Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn’t updated or your package seems lost, reach out at contact@beyoutifulspot.store and we’ll help investigate with the carrier.
