Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work at BeyoutifulSpot.

1. Return window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

2. Items that cannot be returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty:

Intimate apparel, shapewear, and bodysuits once tried on or with the hygiene seal removed.
Beauty, skincare, and wellness products that have been opened or used.
Gift cards and final-sale or clearance items.

3. How to start a return

Email us at contact@beyoutifulspot.store with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back before receiving our confirmation.

4. Return shipping costs

Unless your item is faulty or we sent the wrong product, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–15 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time to appear on your statement. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original (if eligible) and place a new order once your refund is confirmed.

7. Damaged, faulty, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@beyoutifulspot.store with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
